What is Kepos?
In ancient Greek, “Kepos” means a cultivated garden — a place of growth, reflection, and sacred care. At Kepos, we view this as a metaphor for the inner terrain we carry in our souls and bodies: the places of beauty and rupture, growth and grief, memory and becoming.

Kepos Story Coaching provides sacred spaces to explore your formative life experiences with curiosity and kindness. We gently help you unearth the themes woven through your story so that you can identify the roots of long-standing/unhelpful emotional patterns and clear out what no longer serves. With the help of a trained guide, we engage your story, not to fix or erase the past, but to understand its impact on the present and help you cultivate a truer, freer way of living forward.
Drawing from the trauma-informed narrative frameworks of the Allender Center, Kepos integrates psychology and theology to gently help you excavate the soil of your past, plant new seeds of truth, and grow toward redemptive wholeness. We firmly believe that, when tended through the lens of faith, hope and love, even the most painful stories [of heartache and trauma] can be transformed into blooms of majestic beauty.
